Visit by the Hon Joel Fitzgibbon MP

The Minister for Defence, the Hon. Joel Fitzgibbon MP, met with his counterpart, the Indonesian Minister for Defence, Dr Juwono Sudarsono, in Jakarta.

The Ministers discussed the close defence relationship between Australia and Indonesia through exercises, exchanges, senior dialogue and education and training.

The Ministers met previously during Dr Sudarsono’s visit to Australia in March this year.
