Ministerial Visit: AP-3C Orion Upgrade

The Minister for Defence, the Honourable Mr Joel Fitzgibbon MP, announces a $68 million program to provide enhancements to the ADF’s Maritime Patrol Capability. Mr Fitzgibbon makes the announcement whilst inspecting AP-3C Orions at RAAF Base Edinburgh with the Federal Member for Wakefield, Mr Nick Champion.

AIR 5276 Capability Assurance Program 1 (CAP1) is the new upgrade that has taken place on the AP-3C Orion.
